摘要
本文主要解决特高压直流换流变压器(简称:HVDC)--铁心工序的生产瓶颈。对图纸和工艺流程再分析,充分利用工装设备,结合本车间十几年的生产骨干工作经验,通过新设计铁心片剪切程序、垛料堆放从"八字"型优化到"双八字"型、定位方式从粗放的边定位优化到精准的孔定位、省去180°翻转的操作过程、降低劳动强度、经统计提高生产效率38%,最终不但保证了HVDC产品的顺利产出,还为公司节约了806400元/年。
This paper mainly solves the bottleneck of the core process of uhv dc converter transformer (referred to as HVDC). For drawings and process analysis, make full use of the tooling equipment, combined with the workshop more than ten years working experience in the production of the backbone, through the new design core plate shear process, buttress material piled up from the shape of the “eight” to “double figure of eight” model, positioning way from extensive edge location optimization to precise positioning hole, save 180 ° rotating operation process, reduce the labor intensity, the statistical efficiency 38%, finally not only guarantee the smooth production of the HVDC products, have saved 806400 yuan/year for the company.
