摘要
基于港口起重机械设备在总装过程中不锈钢设备表面出现的污染锈蚀现象,主要研究了一种水性可剥离涂料在不锈钢表面上的防护性能,通过实验论证80μm膜厚涂层工艺的附着力、柔韧度、硬度和耐冲击性等力学性能,通过模拟工况试验验证在不锈钢表面上涂层的耐自然紫外老化、耐盐雾性、涂层封闭性以及耐高温焊接飞溅的保护性。通过实验证明,80μm膜厚的水性可剥离涂层具有良好的理化性能,在港机设备不锈钢表面能起到有效的短时防护性。
Based on the phenomenon of pollution and corrosion on the surface of stainless steel equipment during the assembly process of port hoisting machinery equipment,the protective performance of a water-based strippable coating on the surface of stainless steel is mainly studied.The mechanical properties such as adhesion,flexibility,hardness and impact resistance of the coating process with a thickness of 80μm are demonstrated through experiments.The protection of the coating on the surface of stainless steel against natural ultraviolet aging,salt spray,coating sealing and high temperature welding spatter is verified through simulated working condition tests.Experiments show that the water-based strippable coating with a film thickness of 80μm has good physical and chemical properties and can effectively protect the stainless steel surface of port machinery equipment in a short time.
