摘要
针对上下层交叉重叠区域内的桥、门式起重机,介绍了一种基于PLC控制的多台起重机区域保护方案,简单阐述了系统方案的组成及原理。用磁限位模块进行区域确认,精确定位起重机的位置,利用PLC系统进行数据处理和计算。采用无线通讯模块进行信息交换,准确判断交叉区域内起重机数量,从而对区域外起重机运行进行自动识别控制。该方案有效地避免了碰撞事故的发生,提高了现场设备的使用效率。
In view of the bridge cranes and gantry cranes in the overlapping area of upper and lower floors,in the paper,a multi-crane area protection scheme based on PLC control is introduced,and a briefly explanation of the composition and principle of the system scheme is made.The magnetic limit module is used for area confirmation,the position of the crane is accurately positioned,and the PLC system is used for data processing and calculation.The wireless communication module is used for information exchange to accurately judge the number of cranes in the crossing area,which can automatically identify and control the operation of cranes outside the area.The scheme can effectively avoid the occurrence of collision accidents and improve the use efficiency of field equipment.
