摘要
对《场(厂)内专用机动车辆安全技术监察规程》和《轻小型起重设备型式试验细则》中关于叉车型号定义及其覆盖原则进行对比,分析了上述条款存在的问题,并提出建议。
The paper compares the definition of forklift truck model and its coverage principle in Regulations for Safety and Technical Supervision of Special Motor Vehicles in Yard(Factory)and Detailed Rules for Type Test of Light and Small Lifting Equipment,analyzes the problems existing in the above clauses,and puts forward some suggestions.
