"一带一路"建设对我国发展建设具有重要意义,其沿线上重要节点国家之一以色列,在研发管理、先端科技实验、产业创新等方面处于全球领先地位,是典型的创新型国家。本文论述中以两国合作的背景意义,同时进行相关理论研究,提出了深化两国科技创新、文化融汇、运行管理机制等方面的可行性建议,为我国探索与更多国家在高新区建设领域开展国际合作奠定了良好的基础。

China is vigorously promoting the development strategy of the"Belt and Road".Israel is one of the important node countries.It is a global leader in R&D management,advanced technology experiments and industrial innovation.It is a typical innovative country.This paper discusses the background significance and relevant theoretical research of China-Israel cooperation,and puts forward the feasibility suggestions for deepening the scientific and technological innovation,cultural integration,operation and management mechanism of the two countries,and explores and explores more countries in the construction of high-tech zones.International cooperation has laid a good foundation.
