摘要
为研究核环吊在地震作用下的瞬态响应机理,完成了核环吊缩尺模型的抗震实验,并采用ABAQUS时程分析法研究了缩尺模型的动力响应。首先介绍了核环吊缩尺模型实验的设计方法和准则;其次通过与谱分析的对比分析说明了进行动力时程分析的必要性;最后介绍了ABAQUS中时程分析法的具体方法和步骤。仿真与实验结果的对比分析表明:ABAQUS的Slide-Plane连接单元可准确地模拟大车与小车不跳轨情况下的轮轨约束,验证了关键参数设置方法的准确性,为今后的核环吊产品的抗震设计提供了借鉴和参考。
In order to study the transient response mechanism of a nuclear polar crane under seismic loading, seismic performance experiments were conducted on a scale model of the nuclear polar crane, and the dynamic response of the scale model was studied by time-history analysis method in ABAQUS. The design methods and criteria of experiment about the scale model of the nuclear polar crane were firstly introduced. Then, the necessity of the dynamic time-history analysis was illustrated by comparing with results of the spectral analysis. Finally, the concrete methods and steps of the time-history analysis in ABAQUS were introduced. The comparisons between the time-history analysis and the experimental results show that the Slide-Plane connection element in ABAQUS can accurately simulate the wheel-rail constraint if a derailment does not happen. The experimental results verify the reliability of the key parameter setting method.And results can provide reference for the seismic design of nuclear polar cranes in the future.
