摘要
为实现客运索道辅助驱动装置的有效提升,提出一种辅助驱动装置提升机构方案。方案的原理为曲柄滑块机构,通过对不同状态下的机构运动简图进行分析,得到辅助驱动装置在提升过程不同状态时的运动状态及受力。对提升机构进行Solid Works Motion运动仿真分析,得到提升机构的仿真结果曲线。结果表明,采用此方案单人能轻松地提升辅助驱动装置。
In order to effectively lift the auxiliary drive device of passenger ropeway, a lifting mechanism scheme of auxiliary drive device is proposed. With slider-crank mechanism as the principle of the scheme, the mechanism motion diagrams in different states are analyzed, the motion state and stress of the auxiliary drive device in different states during the lifting are obtained. Motion simulation analysis of the lifting mechanism is carried out by using SolidWorks Motion, and the simulation result curve of the lifting mechanism is obtained. Results show that with the scheme, the auxiliary drive device can be easily lifted by one person.
