摘要
轨道式集装箱起重机向着重型化、高效化、智能化,节能环保的方向发展,其质量不断增加,使得制造使用成本不断上升,能耗增加。文中通过分析现有机构、结构的形式特点,提出了减重设计和优化的方向,以及新型结构和集成化的电控系统,以期降低质量,减少能耗,实现良好的社会效益。
Rail container cranes are developing towards the direction of heavy duty, high efficiency, intelligence, energy conservation and environment protection. The quality of rail container cranes is continuously improved, which makes the manufacturing and use costs continuously rising, so does the energy consumption. By analyzing the formal characteristics of existing mechanisms and structures, in the paper, the direction of weight reduction design and optimization as well as the new structure and integrated electronic control system are put forward, in order to reduce the weight, reduce energy consumption and bring good social benefits.
