摘要
医院后勤管理是优质医疗服务的重要组成部分,对外包公司进行有效监管亟需关注。文章分析了目前医院外包监管中存在的问题:医院与外包公司沟通不畅,服务质量缺乏有效监管,监管干预过度。提出要树立双赢意识,以合同为约束力;制定详细的规章制度和标准化流程;重点监管外包公司管理人员行为;以不良事件和投诉作为监管切入点,提高监管效率。
Hospital logistics management is an important part of quality medical services,and there is a need to pay attention to the effective supervision of outsourcing companies.The paper analyzed the current problems in hospital outsourcing supervision:poor communication between hospitals and outsourcing companies,lack of effective supervision of service quality,and excessive supervision and intervention.It was proposed to establish a win-win awareness,with contract as the binding force;formulate detailed rules and regulations and standardization processes;focus on supervising the behavior of outsourcing company managers;use adverse events and complaints as a regulatory entry point to improve regulatory efficiency.
