目的探索输血感染管理一体化模式,促使输血感染管理向制度化、规范化、标准化转变。方法根据《医院感染管理办法》等要求,建立从采供血机构到医疗机构的输血感染管理模式。结果建立了输血全过程感染管理的基本原则、方法、内容和评价体系,包括组织架构、管理职责、核心制度、应急预警、评价标准等。结论输血感染管理一体化建设是输血感染管理的基本要求和发展方向。加强一体化输血感染管理,可有效控制和降低输血感染的发生,进而确保临床输血安全。

Objective To explore an integrated model of transfusion infection management and promote the institutionalization and standardization of transfusion infection management.Methods According to the"Hospital Infection Management Measures"and other requirements,a blood transfusion infection management model from blood collection and supply institutions to medical institutions was established.Results The basic principles,methods,contents and evaluation system of infection management in whole blood transfusion process were established,including organizational structure,management responsibilities,core system,emergency warning and evaluation criteria etc.Conclusion The integrated construction of transfusion infection management is the basic requirement and development direction of transfusion infection management.Strengthening the management of integrated blood transfusion infection can effectively control and reduce the incidence of transfusion infection,thus ensuring the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
