摘要
文中介绍了结垢研究的发展现状,介绍了垢在管道内生成的热力学条件、生成过程和溶液内沉降及表面沉积的动力学模型,研究了管道内垢的表面沉积和溶液内本体沉降的关系,对无机垢研究进展进行了总结,并对今后的发展方向进行了预测。有助于油气行业的降本增效和管道安全运行。
This paper introduced the development status of scaling research. The thermodynamic conditions, the formation process and the dynamic models of the deposition and surface deposition of the scale in the pipeline were introduced. The relationship between surface deposition and settlement in solution for scale were studied. The research progress of inorganic scale was summarized. The future development direction was predicted. It is helpful for the oil and gas industry to reduce costs, increase efficiency and operate safely.
