极寒地区燃煤电厂脱硫工艺管道设计优化 被引量:1

Design Optimization of Desulfurization Process Piping for Coal-fired Power Plants in Extremely Cold Area

摘要 文中介绍了呼伦贝尔市某燃煤电厂烟气脱硫超低排放改造时,为降低当地冬季极寒的气候对脱硫系统工艺管道的影响,优化了管道设计。改造后脱硫工艺与原系统保持一致,均采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫。通过调整管道管件安装位置,优化脱硫子系统工艺流程走向,改进管道保温伴热方式等措施优化管道设计,最大程度减少脱硫系统工艺管道冬季冻结的事故点,保证脱硫系统的可利用率,降低工艺管道、管件检修工作量以及检修费用,确保机组的发电量。 This paper introduced the optimization design aiming for the extreme cold weather locally for the piping system of desulfurization system in the rebuild of the flue gas desulfurization and ultra?low emission for a coal?fired power plant in Hulun Buir. The process technology of desulfurization remained the same after rebuilding, which is limestone?gesso wet process desulfurization. The piping system design was optimized through adjusting the mounting position of pipe fittings, optimizing the process direction of the desulfurization sub?system and improving the way of heat preservation. To minimize the freezing accident points of process pipelines in the desulfurization system in winter, ensure the availability of the desulfurization system, reduce the maintenance workload and cost of process pipelines and pipe fittings, and the generating capacity of the unit was ensured.
