输油臂腐蚀评估模型的建立与应用

摘要 码头输油臂常年处于海洋大气环境,且输送介质本身也具有腐蚀性,对输油臂进行腐蚀检测评估可以判断输油臂的腐蚀严重程度,为输油臂的安全运行、维护保养和检测提供参考。文中依据ASME B31G—2009和TSG D7003—2010规范,介绍3种适用性分级评价,以某码头输油臂腐蚀检测数据为例,对该输油臂进行了腐蚀评价,确定了该输油臂的最大允许工作压力、剩余服役寿命和下一次检测时间。 Wharf oil delivery arm is always in the marine atmospheric environment, and the transport medium itself is corrosive, corrosion detection and evaluation of oil delivery arm can determine the severity of oil delivery arm corrosion, for the safe operation, maintenance and testing of oil delivery arm provides reference. Based on the ASME B31G-2009 and TSG D7003-2010 specifications, this paper introduced three applicability grading evaluations. Taking the corrosion detection data of a wharf oil delivery arm as an example, the corrosion evaluation of the oil delivery arm were carried out, and the maximum allowable work pressure of the oil delivery arm, remaining service life and next inspection time were determined.
