摘要
随着城市化的不断发展,日益增多的城镇人口与稀少的土地资源之间矛盾与日俱增。容积率是反映土地利用强度的一个重要指标。本文选取Pleiades卫星立体像对生成研究区域的nDSM影像,不仅可以克服阴影法精度较低的问题,而且运用拟合的方法得到了更为准确的建筑面积,从而得到更精确的容积率值。结果表明,该方法得到的容积率更加准确,完全可以满足大面积普查的要求。
With the continuous urbanization,the contradiction between the increasing urban population and the scarce land resources is increasing,and the volume ratio is an important indicator of land use intensity.Generate stereo pairs this article selects the Pleiades satellite nDSM image of the study area,not only can overcome the problem of low precision shadow method,and using fitting method to get the more accurate the construction area,so as to get more accurate volume rate value.The results show that the method is more accurate and can be used for large scale reconnaissance.
