摘要
Herpes zoster is a common clinical disease.In this paper,we retrospectively analyzed a case of dysphagia caused by herpes zoster virus infection.Treated with deep Yang stitch(acupoint selection:lofty bone,ridge spring and side ridge spring)and electroacupuncture in lofty bone and ridge spring as assistant therapy for 21 days,the patient was found that swallowing function recovered and no recurrence one year later.It shows that the method of deep Yang stitch has certain clinical curative effect on"Qiao disease".
带状疱疹是临床常见疾病,本文对一例咽部带状疱疹病毒感染所致吞咽困难病例进行回顾性分析,发现采用深刺纳阳针法(取穴:崇骨、廉泉、旁廉泉),在崇骨、廉泉两穴辅以电针,连续治疗21天后发现患者吞咽功能恢复,随诊1年无复发。说明深刺纳阳针法对于“窍病”具有一定临床疗效。
