摘要 目的探讨星形细胞上调基因-1(Astrocyte elevated gene-1,AEG-1)和Endoglin标记的微血管密度计数(MVD在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及两者与临床病理特征间的关系。方法收集惠州市中心人民医院和广东医科大学附属医院2014年1月~2018年3月20例正常子宫内膜组织、43例子宫内膜癌组织标本,应用免疫组化法检测AEG-1和Endoglin标记的MVD表达情况。结果在正常子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜癌组织中,AEG-1的阳性表达率呈逐渐上升趋势(P<0.01),AEG-1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达水平与子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度、组织学分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05);在正常子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜癌组织中,Endoglin标记的MVD表达强度呈逐渐上升趋势(P<0.01),Endoglin标记的MVD在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达强度与子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌组织中AEG-1和Endoglin呈高表达,提示AEG-1和Endoglin在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中有着重要的作用,AEG-1和Endoglin表达水平的检测可用于子宫内膜癌的辅助诊断和病情估计。 Objective To investigate the expression of Astrocyte elevated gene-1(AEG-1) and Endoglin-labeled microvessel density(MVD) in endometrial carcinoma tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods A total of 20 normal endometrial tissues and 43 endometrial cancer tissues were collected from Huizhou Central People's Hospital and Guangdong Medical University Affiliated Hospital from January 2014 to March 2018. The expression of AEG-1 and Endoglin-labeled MVD was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results In normal endometrial tissues and endometrial cancer tissues, the positive expression rate of AEG-1 increased gradually(P<0.01). And the expression level of AEG-1 in endometrial carcinoma tissues was significantly correlated with the depth of myometrial invasion, histological differentiation, FIGO stage, and lymph node metastasis in endometrial cancer(P<0.05). In normal endometrial tissues and endometrial cancer tissues, the intensity of Endoglin-labeled MVD was gradually increased(P< 0.01). The expression intensity of Endoglin-labeled MVD in endometrial carcinoma was significantly correlated with the depth of myometrial invasion, FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion AEG-1 and Endoglin are highly expressed in endometrial carcinoma, suggesting that AEG-1 and Endoglin play an important role in the development of endometrial cancer. Detection of AEG-1 and Endoglin expression levels can be used for adjuvant diagnosis and disease estimation of endometrial cancer.
