益气温经方对Barton骨折术后骨折愈合的影响

Effect of Yiqi Wenjing formula on fracture healing after barton fracture

目的探讨益气温经方对Barton骨折术后骨折愈合的影响。方法选择2016年1月～2018年4月在医院诊断治疗的Barton骨折60例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。两组均采用手术内固定治疗,对照组术后常规处理,治疗组在术后常规治疗基础上加用益气温经方治疗。比较两组术后恢复情况。结果两组手术切口并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月,治疗组掌屈角与背伸角显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组前臂旋前、前臂旋后、尺偏角与桡偏角比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1个月、2个月治疗组骨痂生长评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后4个月两组骨痂生长评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月随访两组腕关节功能,总优良率均达到100.0%,但是秩和检验结果显示,治疗组腕关节优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=8.800,P<0.05)。结论益气温经方用于Barton骨折术后可以促进骨折愈合,进而改善腕关节功能,改善预后。

Objective To discuss the effect of Yiqi Wenjing formula on fracture healing after Barton fracture. Methods 60 patients with Barton fracture admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2018 were selected and randomLy dicided into the treatment group and the control group, each with 30 cases. The patients in both groups were given internal fixation by surgery and conventional postoperative care, and those in the treatment group were additionally given Yiqi Wenjing formula after surgery. The recovery conditions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of surgical incision complications between the two groups(P>0.05). At 6 months after operation, the palm flexion angle and the dorsal extension angle of the treatment group were significantly greater than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in the forearm pronation, forearm supination, ulnar deviation and squat angle(P> 0.05). The scores of osteophyte growth in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 1 month and 2 months after operation(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of osteophyte growth between the two groups at 4 months after operation(P>0.05). At 6 months after operation, the total excellent and good rate of wrist function in the two groups reached 100.0%, but the results of rank sum test showed that the wrist function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=8.800, P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Wenjing formula can promote fracture healing after Barton fracture, and can improve wrist function and improve prognosis.
