急性重症胰腺炎患者床旁盲插螺旋型鼻肠管方法探讨

Discussion on bedside blind insertion of spiral nasointestinal tube in patients with acute severe pancreatitis

目的探讨急性重症胰腺炎患者床旁盲插螺旋型鼻肠管的效果。方法收集2016年7月～2018年3月来我院进行治疗的40例急性重症胰腺炎患者的临床资料。按照干预方案不同分为观察组20例和对照组20例。观察组:床旁盲插螺旋型鼻肠管。对照组:胃镜辅助放置鼻空肠管。观察两组并发症发生情况、住院时间、住院费用。结果观察组并发症总发生率为25.00%,低于对照组的65.00%,差异显著(P<0.05),观察组住院时间、住院费用均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论急性重症胰腺炎患者采取床旁盲插螺旋型鼻肠管,能够减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of bedside blind insertion of spiral nasointestinal tube in patients with acute severe pancreatitis. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with acute severe pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to March 2018 were collected. According to the different intervention schemes, the patients were divided into the observation group (n=20) and the control group (n=20). The observation group was treated with bedside blind insertion of nasogastric tube. The control group was treated with gastroscope assisted nasal jejunal tube placement. The complications, hospitalization time, and hospitalization costs were compared. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 25.00%, which was lower than that of the control group (65.00%), and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with acute severe pancreatitis, bedside blind-inserted spiral nasointestinal tube can reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce hospitalization costs, and has higher application value.
