大黄粉敷脐联合中药热熨防治下肢骨折术后便秘的临床观察

Clinical observation of rhubarb powder umbilical application combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing in prevention and treatment of constipation after lower limb fracture operation

目的探讨大黄粉敷脐联合中药热熨防治下肢骨折术后便秘的临床疗效。方法将我院2016年1月～2018年8月收治的60例下肢骨折住院患者随机分为两组,治疗组用大黄粉神阙穴贴敷加中药热熨进行治疗,对照组使用开塞露肛塞加口服麻仁丸进行治疗,观察治疗前后两组临床的变化。结果治疗组排便时间和对照组相比明显减少,排便次数和对照组相比明显增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者粪便性状分级和便秘严重程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄粉神阙穴贴敷联合中药热熨对下肢骨折术后便秘疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rhubarb powder umbilical application combined with hot ironing of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of constipation after lower limb fracture surgery. Methods 60 cases of lower limb fracture hospitalized in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with rhubarb powder Shenque acupoint application and hot ironing of traditional Chinese medicine, while the control group was treated with glycerine enema butt plug plus oral Maren pill. The clinical changes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The time of defecation in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, and the frequency of defecation in the treatment group was more than that in the control group, with the significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of grading of fecal properties and severity of constipation between the two groups (P>0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group(90%)was higher than that in the control group(76%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Rhubarb powder Shenque acupoint application combined with hot ironing of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on constipation after lower limb fracture surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
