循证护理实践教学在胸心外科临床护理带教中的应用效果

Application effect of evidence-based nursing practice teaching in clinical nursing teaching of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery

目的探讨循证护理实践教学在胸心血管外科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择2016年7月～2017年6月本院的胸心血管外科临床护理实习生70例,采用计算机随机数字法分为对照组和实验组,每组35例。对照组采用传统的护理带教方法,实验组在传统护理带教方法的基础上,实施循证护理实践教学,比较两组护理实习生的综合能力和对带教的满意度。结果实验组护理实习生的理论考核和基础操作等综合能力均要优于对照组。实验组护理实习生对带教的满意度也要显著高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论循证护理实践教学能够显著提升胸心外科临床护理实习生的临床护理综合能力,提高护理实习生对于带教的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing practice teaching in clinical nursing teaching of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery. Methods 70 clinical nursing interns in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery of our hospital were enrolled from July 2016 to June 2017. And they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional nursing teaching method. The experimental group was given the evidence-based nursing practice teaching on the basis of the traditional nursing teaching method. The comprehensive ability and the satisfaction with teaching between the two groups were compared. Results The comprehensive ability of the theoretical evaluation and basic operation of the nursing interns in the experimental group were better than those of the control group. The satisfaction with teaching of the nursing interns in the experimental group was also significantly higher than that in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing practice teaching can significantly improve the clinical nursing comprehensive ability of clinical nursing interns in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery, and improve the satisfaction of nursing interns with teaching, which is worth promoting.
