基于平台及关键环节质控的护理不良事件管理模式应用效果

Application effect of the management mode of nursing adverse event based on platform and quality control of key links

目的利用不良事件管理平台,加强关键环节质控,缩短管理路径,构建新的护理不良事件管理模式,提高护理不良事件主动报告率,降低护理不良事件发生率,保障患者医疗安全。方法运用医院现有不良事件管理平台,加强护理安全文化氛围营造、护理不良事件非惩罚上报、事件还原调查及分析整改等关键环节质控,构建新的护理不良事件管理模式。结果实施基于平台及关键环节质控的护理不良事件管理模式后,护理不良事件报告率等较前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2017年7～12月住院患者跌倒发生率、插管患者非计划性拔管发生率、院内压疮发生率优于2017年1～6月。结论基于不良事件管理平台及关键环节管理,构建新的护理不良事件管理模式,能提高护理不良事件管理效率,持续改进护理质量,保障患者医疗安全。

Objective To use the adverse event management platform to strengthen the quality control of key links, shorten the management path, construct a new management mode of adverse care events, improve the active reporting rate of adverse care events, reduce the incidence rate of adverse care events, and ensure the safety of patients. Methods The existing adverse event management platform in our hospital was applied to strengthen the quality control of key links such as strengthening nursing safety culture atmosphere, non-punishment reporting of adverse care events, event restoration and investigation, and analysis and rectification, etc., so as to build a new management mode for adverse care events. Results After the implementation of the management mode of adverse care event based on the platform and quality control of key links, the report rate of adverse care events and so on were compared before implementation, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence rate of falls in hospitalized patients, the incidence rate of unplanned extubation for intubated patients, and the incidence rate of nosocomial pressure ulcers during July to December 2017 were better that those during January to June 2017. Conclusion Based on the management of adverse event management platform and key links, a new management mode of adverse care events is constructed, which can improve the management efficiency of adverse care events, continuously improve the quality of care, and ensure the medical safety of patients.
