头孢曲松结石致急性肾功能衰竭1例并文献复习

A case of acute renal failure caused by ceftriaxone stones and literature review

头孢曲松结石是使用头孢曲松钠相关的一种药物性结石,由于其颗粒细小、松软,结石被排出过程中易导致梗阻。如功能性孤立肾或双侧上尿路同时发生梗阻,出现急性肾功能衰竭。本文通过对我院收治的1例头孢曲松结石患者的临床表现、CT检查表现、手术情况、术前术后肾功能变化进行分析并查阅相关文献,进一步探讨头孢曲松结石的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法,以便提高对头孢曲松结石的认识。

Ceftriaxone stone is a drug-related stone associated with ceftriaxone sodium. Due to its fine and soft particles, the stone is easily blocked during discharge. Acute renal failure occurs in cases of functional isolated kidney or bilateral upper urinary tract obstruction. This article analyzed the clinical manifestations and diagnosis of ceftriaxone stones by analyzing the clinical manifestations, CT findings, surgical conditions, and changes of renal function before and after surgery in one patient with ceftriaxone calculi admitted to our hospital, and further discussed the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment of ceftriaxone stones in order to improve the understanding of ceftriaxone stones.
