高危型HPV感染宫颈癌根治术患者实施康复护理的效果分析

Effect analysis of rehabilitation nursing for patients with high-risk HPV infection undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer

目的探讨和分析高危型HPV感染宫颈癌根治术患者实施康复护理的效果。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月收集住院行宫颈癌根治术的62例患者,两组均行宫颈癌根治术。根据护理方法不同随机分为两组,其中干预组(n=31)采取康复护理,对照组(n=31)采取常规护理,比较两组患者术后的康复效果、VAS疼痛评分及护理满意度。结果干预组患者首次下床活动时间、留置尿管时间、住院时间分别短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组VAS评分较干预前明显降低,且干预组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者护理满意度96.8%,显著高于对照组的74.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高危型HPV感染宫颈癌根治术患者实施康复护理可以促进患者术后康复、缩短住院时间、减轻患者痛苦、提高护理满意度,从而提高护理质量。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing for patients with high-risk HPV infection undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer. Methods A total of 62 patients who underwent radical resection of cervical cancer from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled. Both groups underwent radical resection of cervical cancer. According to the different nursing methods, the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The intervention group (n=31) was treated with rehabilitation care, and the control group(n=31) was given routine nursing. The postoperative rehabilitation effect, VAS pain score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The first ambulation time, indwelling catheter time, and hospitalization time were shorter in the intervention group than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). There was no sig nificant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After the intervention, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the VAS scores of the interven tion group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 96.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with high-risk HPV infection undergoing cervical cancer radical resection can promote postoperative rehabilitation, shorten hospitalization, reduce patient suffering, and improve nursing satisfaction, thus improving the quality of care.
