构建和谐文化,是新时代建设中国特色社会主义的必然要求和重要任务。党始终在努力探索建设社会主义文化强国的道路,通过提出和谐文化、文化软实力、文化自信、文化"走出去"等一系列概念逐渐丰富党的社会主义和谐文化理论。构建和谐文化应以坚定的社会主义意识形态为指导思想,坚持"双百方针",鼓励文化多样性,尊重市场经济下文化发展的规律。处理好传统文化和现代文化、精英文化和流行文化、本土文化和外来文化等方面的关系,健全文化市场体系,对内建设和谐文化,对外推广文化和谐,以文化国,以文交友,共同构建和谐世界。

Constructing a harmonious culture is an inevitable requirement and important task of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper discusses the Party(CCP)has always been trying to explore a road of building a strong socialist culture,and has gradually developed the Party’s theories of socialist harmonious culture based on a series of concepts,such as harmonious culture,cultural soft power,cultural confidence and cultural“stepping-out”.The author puts forward some suggestions of how to build a harmonious culture.
