学生发展生态视域下的班主任领导力——基于常州市龙虎塘实验小学“班级成长导师团”的个案研究 被引量:5

摘要 学生发展生态中学习与生活的关系、多主体的交往、多系统的融通,都呼唤班主任领导力的发展。研究所选案例学校从在日常实践中培育并实现班主任领导下的"三力共驱",到在项目研究中深化、开拓班主任领导下的"多环交融",再到在专题调研中厘清和促成班主任领导下学生发展生态的"能级提升",持续多年建设以班主任为领导者的"班级成长导师团"。这一实践也同时促进了班主任领导力的发展,提升了班主任融通教育时空的专业领导力、面向学生发展生态系统的规划领导力、面向多类主体开拓创新的团队领导力。这类班主任领导力的实践发展,也滋养着当代中国教育研究。 The relationship between learning and life,multi-agent communication and multi-system integration in the ecology of student development call for banzhuren’s leadership.Under the leadership of banzhuren,the case school has cultivated and realized the“three forces and common drive”in daily practice,deepened and expanded the“multi-ring integration”in the project research,promoted the“level ascension”of the ecology of student development in the special investigation,and continued to perfect the“class growth instructor group”with banzhuren as the leader for many years.This practice has also promoted the development of banzhuren’s leadership,and enhanced banzhuren’s professional leadership,the planning leadership oriented to the ecological system and the creative team leadership oriented to multiple subjects.The practical development of banzhuren’s leadership also challenges and nourishes the quality of contemporary Chinese educational research.
