摘要
按照班主任课程领导力"对课程价值的洞察、理解能力,对课程的规划能力,判断课程和学生之间的匹配和联结水平,班主任本身专业发展的自我促进力"四维框架,通过一项班本课程开发、实施行动研究,考察班主任在此过程中四种能力的提升程度。以"实施时长"为例,提炼影响班主任课程领导力内部和外部关键因素,据此提出基于"整全的人"视角下增强班主任课程领导力的有效策略。
Banzhuren’s curriculum leadership covers“the ability to understand the value of the curriculum,the ability to plan the curriculum,the ability to judge the matching and coupling between the curriculum and the students,the ability to promote his/her professional development”.Based on these four abilities,this paper attempts to investigate the extent to which the banzhuren has improved in the process of the class-based curriculum development and the implementation of action research.Taking“implementation time”as an example,the key internal and external factors affecting banzhuren’s leadership are summarized,and the effective strategies to enhance banzhuren’s curriculum leadership from the perspective of“full man”are proposed.
