摘要
陶行知的教师角色观涉及生活教育理念的倡导者和实验者、教育教学的研究者、儿童科学教育和创造教育的合作者、普及教育的践行者、乡村教育之"活"教师和良好师生关系的建构者;它的特征体现在生活与教育融通,理论与现实相结合,互助合作、人格相互感化,学而不厌、诲人不倦。陶行知教师角色观无论对生活教育的实施、普及教育的开展,还是对乡村"活"教师和研究型教师的培养,抑或是满足扫盲运动和抗战建国的需要,都作出了独特的贡献。
Tao Xingzhi’s view on teacher’s role involves the advocate and experimenter of life education,the researcher in education and teaching,the cooperator of children’s science education and creative education,the practitioner of universal education,the“living”teacher of rural education and the constructor of good teacher-student relationship.Its characteristics are embodied in the integration of life and education,the combination of theory and reality,mutual assistance and cooperation,mutual influence of personality,and insatiable in learning and tireless in teaching.Tao Xingzhi’s view on teacher’s role has made unique contributions to the implementation of life education,the development of universal education,the cultivation of rural“living”teachers and research-oriented teachers,and meeting the needs of the literacy movement and the Anti-Japanese War.
