泰国教师教育的历史演进与现实变革 被引量:2

摘要 泰国教师教育目前已形成了多元开放的教师教育系统,建立了完备的教师培养模式、课程体系和教师教育质量内外部监控体系。但仍存在一定的问题:教师教育质量存在潜在危机;专门培养教师的教育机构师资短缺,人才流失严重;教师教育职后培训体系缺乏科学的统筹设计;教师职业出现信心危机。因此,今后泰国教师教育改革应该进行四方面的调整:制定教师和教育工作者改革的战略,延长教师教育学制;重新设计课程体系,加强职前教师实习环节;成立专门委员会,提高教师职业准入门槛;关注教师职业发展的连续性,不断提高教师教育质量。 At present,a pluralistic and open teacher education system has been formed in Thailand,and a complete teacher training model,curriculum system and internal and external monitoring system of teacher education quality have been established.However,there are still some problems:there is a potential crisis in the quality of teacher education;the educational institutions specialized in cultivating teachers are short of teachers,and suffer from serious brain drain;the post-service training system of teacher education lacks a scientific overall design;the teaching profession faces a crisis of confidence.Therefore,in the future,teacher education reform in Thailand should be adjusted in four aspects:formulating the reform strategies for teachers and educators and extending the schooling system for teachers,redesigning curriculum system and strengthening the pre-service teacher internship,setting up a special committee to raise the threshold of professional access for teachers,paying attention to the continuity of teachers’career development and constantly improving the quality of teacher education.
