摘要
探讨石墨烯复合棉织物较理想的制备工艺及其电学性能。通过改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯,以棉织物为基底,采用浸渍-烘干方法,将氧化石墨烯附着到织物表面,用NaBH_4对其进行还原,得到石墨烯复合棉织物,对其电学性能进行了测试。结果表明:当氧化石墨烯溶液为1.5 g/L时,经过20次浸渍,织物上氧化石墨烯的负载量较大;还原剂NaBH_4的浓度为0.4 mol/L时,经过6 h的还原,所得到的石墨烯复合棉织物的方阻较好,可达到33.65Ω。认为:所制得的石墨烯复合棉织物可用于研究柔性电容器。
The ideal preparation process and electrothermal property of graphene composited cotton fabric were discussed.Oxidized graphene was prepared by improved Hummers method.Cotton fabric was used as the base.Oxidized graphene was adhered to the fabric surface by immersing-drying method.NaBH4 was used for reduction to obtain graphene composited cotton fabric.The fabric electrothermal property was tested.The test results showed load capacity of oxidized graphene on the fabric was the largest when the oxidized graphene solution was 1.5 g/L and it was immersed 20 times.Sheet resistance of the obtained graphene composited cotton fabric was better and reached 33.65 Ω when the concentration of reducing agent NaBH 4 was 0.4 mol/L and the reduction was 6 h.It is considered the obtained graphene composited cotton fabric can be used to study soft capacitor.
