捻系数对溢彩纱性能的影响

Influence of Twist Factor on Ambilight Yarn Property

探讨捻系数对溢彩纱性能及花色单元周期规律的影响。将1根本色纱条和1根有色粗纱同时从粗纱机后罗拉喂入,牵伸加捻纺制4种不同捻系数的溢彩粗纱,并分别试纺5种不同捻系数的溢彩细纱,对其强力、毛羽及条干CV等性能进行测试分析;利用超景深三维数码显微镜,采用长度测量法对溢彩纱纵向本色段及有色段纤维覆盖比进行研究。结果表明:溢彩粗纱的捻系数应偏低选择,溢彩细纱捻系数可相应偏高选择;溢彩纱纵向上有色段和无色段交替呈周期性规律出现。认为:合理的工艺设计可以有效保证溢彩纱花色分布均匀、色彩柔和且具有立体感。

Influences of twist factor on the properties of ambilight yarn and the periodic regularity of fancy unit were discussed.One natural color sliver and one colored roving were fed in the back roller of roving frame at the same time.Four kinds of ambilight roving with different twist factors were spun after drafting and twisting.Five kinds of ambilight yarn with different twist factors were experimentally spun.The yarn strength,hairiness and evenness CV were tested and analyzed.Three-dimensional digital microscope with super deep view was adapted.Length measurement method was used to study the longitudinal fiber cover ratio of natural section and color section for ambilight yarn.The results showed that lower twist factor of ambilight roving yarn should be selected while higher spinning twist factor of ambilight yarn can be chosen.The color section and natural section of ambilight yarn were showed up alternately with the periodical rule.It is considered that consist color pattern,soft color and third dimension of ambilight yarn can be guaranteed by reasonable processing design.
