The key innovation technologies of new type card clothing were summarized.The characteristics and existing problems of traditional carding were analyzed.The key technologies of new type card clothing were introduced,such as adopting the technology measures of thinner tooth top,higher hardness,softer carding,surface strengthening treatment,reasonably matching card clothing.It is considered that the existed problems in carding can be solved and the carding quality improvement can be achieved by adopting new type card clothing innovation technology.
