摘要
针对塔机主动防碰撞预警系统中超声检测技术瓶颈问题,设计了远距离超声检测系统架构,开发了远距离超声检测装置,提出了远距离振动模型延时估计方法。该系统主要由超声换能器、微控制器模块、超声信号激励模块、超声信号调理模块、温度补偿模块等构成。在传统阈值法的基础上,根据超声换能器振动时域波形上升沿特征识别超声回波信号,并由此估计超声回波起始位置。试验研究结果表明,该装置利用振动模型延时估计方法,可以精确、稳定、可靠地实时检测距离为33 m的障碍物。
According to the bottleneck problem on the ultrasonic detection technology for the tower crane active collision warning system,the architecture of the long distance ultrasonic detection system was designed.The long distance ultrasonic detection device was developed.The long distance time delay estimation method based on vibration model was proposed.The system consists of ultrasonic transducer,microcontroller module,ultrasonic signal excitation module,ultrasonic signal conditioning module and temperature compensation module.On the basis of the traditional threshold method,the ultrasonic echo signal is identified by the ultrasonic transducer vibration time domain and the starting position of ultrasonic echo is estimated.The experimental results show that the device can detect obstacles of 33 meters accurately,steadily and efficiently in real time with the method of vibration model delay estimation.
