高效抗逆转录病毒对艾滋病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平及生存质量的影响

Effect of highly active antiretroviral therapy on T lymphocyte subsets and quality of life in peripheral blood of AIDS patients

目的:探讨高效抗逆转录病毒对艾滋病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平及生存质量的影响。方法:56例艾滋病患者均接受高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)治疗,比较治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)水平的变化,并采用艾滋病生存质量简表评价患者的生存质量。结果:治疗后,血CD3+T淋巴细胞水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,CD4+T淋巴细胞水平明显升高,CD8+T淋巴细胞水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,患者生存质量评分部分领域明显提高,包括总体生存质量评分及生理及心理领域、独立性领域(P<0.05)。结论:高效抗逆转录病毒治疗艾滋病可有效增强患者的免疫功能,改善患者的生存质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of highly active antiretroviral on T lymphocyte subsets and quality of life in peripheral blood of AIDS patients.Methods:56 cases of AIDS patients were treated with highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART).The changes of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+) in peripheral blood were compared before and after treatment,and the quality of life of the patients was evaluated by the quality of life of AIDS.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of blood CD3+T lymphocyte,between before and after treatment(P>0.05).The CD4+T lymphocyte increased significantly,and the CD8+T lymphocyte decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,some areas of QOL score were significantly improved,including the overall QOL score,physiological and psychological areas,and independence areas(P<0.05).Conclusion:Highly active antiretroviral for AIDS can effectively regulate the immune function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
