频发室性早搏对肾脏血流灌注的影响及超声造影技术在其检测中的意义

Effect of frequent ventricular premature beats on renal blood perfusion and the significance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in its detection

目的:应用超声造影技术评估频发室性早搏患者射频消融术前、后肾脏血流灌注改变情况,探讨频发室性早搏对患者肾脏血流灌注的影响。方法:30例成功接受射频消融手术的频发室性早搏患者,应用超声造影技术比较患者手术前、后肾脏血流灌注改变情况。结果:与射频消融手术前相比,患者术后超声造影参数开始上升时间(T)缩短、达峰绝对值(DPI)增强,比较差异有统计学著意义(P<0.05)。达峰时间(TTP)在患者术后有减少趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:频发室性早搏会引起患者肾脏血流灌注减少,超声造影检查可以敏感、准确地检测肾脏血流灌注改变情况,为频发室性早搏患者肾脏功监测提供了一种有效的技术方法。

Objective:To evaluate the changes of renal blood perfusion before and after radiofrequency ablation in patients with frequent ventricular premature beats by contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and to explore the effect of frequent ventricular premature beats on renal blood perfusion.Methods:30 patients with frequent premature ventricular beats who underwent radiofrequency ablation were selected.The changes of renal blood perfusion were compared before and after operation by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Results:Compared with those before radiofrequency ablation,the time of initial rise of contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters(T) was shortened and the absolute peak value(DPI) was enhanced after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Peak time(TTP) tended to decrease after operation,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Frequent ventricular premature beats can reduce renal blood perfusion.The changes of renal blood perfusion can detect by contrast-enhanced ultrasound sensitively and accurately.It provides an effective technical method for monitoring renal function in patients with frequent ventricular premature beats.
