西吡氯铵含片治疗口干症的效果及对患者口腔健康的影响分析

Effect of cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets on xerostomia and its impact on oral health of patients

目的:探讨西吡氯铵含片治疗口干症的效果以及对患者口腔健康的影响。方法:采用随机数表法,将160例口干症患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例。对照组给予薄荷糖治疗,2 mg/次,1次/d;观察组给予西吡氯铵含片治疗,2 mg/次,1次/d,两组均持续治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后主客观口干评分、唾液pH值、唾液流速及口腔健康的变化。结果:截至治疗4周时,对照组、观察组的随访总有效率分别为85.00%、91.25%;治疗4周后,观察组的主/客观口干程度评分均较对照组降低更为显著(P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组唾液pH值和唾液流速分别较治疗前和对照组显著提高(P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组OHIP-14量表4个维度及总分均较对照组降低更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:西吡氯铵含片能有效缓解口干症患者口干症状和改善口腔局部环境,提高口腔健康的作用显著。

Objective:To investigate effect of cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets on xerostomia and its impact on oral health of patients.Methods:160 patients with xerostomia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 80 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with menthol 2 mg/time,1 times/d,the patients in the observation group were treated with cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets,2 mg/time,1 times/d,the patients in the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The change of the subjective and objective dry mouth score,salivary PH value,salivary flow rate and oral health were observed before and after treatment.Results:By the end of 4 weeks of treatment,the follow-up total effective rates of control group and observation group were 85.00% and 91.25%,respectively.After 4 weeks of treatment,the subjective and objective dry mouth score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,salivary pH value and salivary flow velocity in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the 4 dimensions and total scores of OHIP-14 scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets can effectively alleviate xerostomia symptoms,improve the local oral environment and improve oral health in patients with xerostomia.
