集束化循证护理预防宫颈癌患者放疗后阴道不良反应的效果

Effect of cluster evidence-based nursing on prevention of vaginal adverse reactions in patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy

目的:探讨集束化循证护理预防宫颈癌患者放疗后阴道不良反应的效果。方法:选取60例宫颈癌放疗患者为对照组,给予常规护理。另选取60例宫颈癌放疗患者为观察组,采用集束化循证护理预防阴道不良反应。比较两组患者阴道的自我护理情况、黏膜炎症情况、并发症的情况等。结果:观察组阴道冲洗的依从性高于对照组,阴道冲洗的知识掌握情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的阴道黏膜炎症程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的盆腔感染、阴道粘连、出血等并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化循证护理能够促进宫颈癌放疗患者的阴道护理,减少放疗带来的阴道不良反应。

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based cluster nursing on preventing adverse reactions in patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy.Methods:60 patients with cervical cancer treated by radiotherapy were selected as the control group,and they were given routine nursing.Other 60 patients with cervical cancer by radiotherapy were selected as the observation group,and they were given cluster evidence-based nursing to prevent vaginal adverse reactions.The self-care condition,mucosal inflammation and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The compliance of vaginal flushing in observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the knowledge of vaginal flushing in observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory degree of vaginal mucosa in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pelvic infection,vaginal adhesion,bleeding and other complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster evidence-based nursing can promote vaginal nursing of patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy,and reduce the adverse reactions of vagina caused by radiotherapy.
