基于云模型的地勘行业安全生产标准化等级评价

Evaluation of Safety Production Standardization Level in Geological Prospecting Industry Based on Cloud Model

为提高地勘单位安全生产标准化评价的准确性和客观性,引入云模型方法,利用其模糊性、随机性和统计性的特点和优势,对地勘单位安全生产标准化等级进行了综合评价。首先结合相关文献和地勘单位实际确定P-D-CA 3个要素评价指标体系和评价等级,并采用未确知测度理论和熵权法计算指标权重;其次计算评价标准云和评价综合云,并依据两者相似度确定地勘单位安全生产标准化等级;最后应用云模型评价方法对青海某地勘单位进行实例验证,结果表明云模型评价方法可以有效地减少评价过程中信息获取的模糊性,修正评审过程中人为主观因素的影响,极大地提高了评价结果的精确度。

In order to improve the accuracy and objectivity of the safety production standardization evaluation of geological exploration units,this paper introduces the cloud model method,and uses its ambiguity,randomness and statistical characteristics and advantages to comprehensively evaluate the safety production standardization level of geological exploration units.Firstly,the paper determines the P-D-CA three elements evaluation index system and evaluation level based on relevant literature and actual situation of geological exploration units and calculates index weights based on the uncertainty measurement theory and the entropy weight method.Secondly,the paper calculates the evaluation standard cloud and the evaluation comprehensive cloud and determines the safety production standardization level of the geological exploration units based on the similarity between the two.Finally,the paper uses the cloud model evaluation method to verify an example of a prospecting unit in Qinghai.The results show that the cloud model can effectively evaluate the safety production standardization of geological exploration units,reduce the ambiguity of information acquisition in the evaluation process,and correct the influence of human subjective factors in the evaluation process,which greatly improves the accuracy and visualization of the evaluation results.
