循证护理对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后并发症的预防作用

Preventive effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative complications of laparoscopic rectal cancer

目的:分析循证护理对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后并发症的预防作用。方法:选本院60例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者为对象,随机分为两组,各30例,常规护理组常规护理,循证护理组在常规护理的基础上加循证护理,观察护理效果。结果:护理后循证护理组并发症发生率显著低于常规组,护理满意率明显高于常规组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后患者采用循证护理可以有效减少并发症的发生,改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective: To analyze the preventive effect of evidence-based nursing on complications after radical resection of laparoscopic rectal cancer. Methods: Sixty patients with laparoscopic radical resection of the rectum were enrolled in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. The routine nursing group received routine nursing. The evidence-based nursing group added evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing to observe the nursing effect.Results: The incidence of complications in the evidence-based nursing group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group. The nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing for patients undergoing radical resection of laparoscopic rectal cancer can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, improve patients’ anxiety and depression, and improve patient care satisfaction.
