影响宫腔粘连分离术后患者妊娠结局的相关因素探讨

Discussion on related factors affecting pregnancy outcome of patients after intrauterine adhesion separation

目的:探讨影响患者宫腔粘连分离术后妊娠结局的相关因素。方法:选择2014年3月至2015年7月期间在本院接受宫腔粘连分离术治疗的40例患者的临床资料,回顾性统计分析患者的病例资料与随访结果。结果:40例患者均符合入组标准。统计学分析结果提示,患者术前月经情况对术后妊娠率间无影响(P> 0.05);病因、宫腔操作频率、粘连程度均对术后妊娠率产生影响(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔粘连原因、宫腔操作频次、病变程度均影响术后妊娠结局。

Objective:To explore the related factors that affect the outcome of pregnancy after intrauterine adhesions. Methods: The clinical data of 40 patients with intrauterine adhesions treated in our hospital from March 2014 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: all 40 patients met the inclusion criteria. Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference between preoperative and postoperative menstruation and pregnant rate(P > 0.05);etiology, uterine cavity operation frequency, adhesion degree had an impact on the pregnant rate(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the causes of intrauterine adhesions, the frequency of operation and the degree of lesion affect the outcome of pregnancy.
