摘要
为保障飞机轮胎和刹车装置的检测与鉴定准确性,对航空惯性试验台直接测量参数及其采集通道进行溯源、检定与校准,包括扭矩、机轮转速、鼓轮转速、加载液压缸位移、摇臂零件、力矩测量载荷传感器、刹车压力、机轮载荷测量传感器,并确定参数的测量不确定度。
To ensure the accuracy of detection and identification of aircraft tires and brakes, the direct measurement parameters and acquisition channels of aerial inertial test table should be traced, verified and calibrated, including torque, wheel speed, drum speed, displacement of loading hydraulic cylinder, lever arm parts, load sensor for torque measurement, brake pressure, sensor for wheel load measurement, and the measurement uncertainty of parameters is determined.
