轴销式传感器检测装置的研制

Development of Detection Device for Shaft-Pin Type Sensor

针对轨道交通中轴销式传感器无法准确检测的问题,上海市质量监督检验技术研究院独立设计了一套专门用于轴销式传感器的检测装置。该装置采用与轴销式传感器实际安装使用时相同的边界支撑,按照轴销式传感器日常应用状态进行检测,将取代传统的试验机机配夹具的检测方式。该检测装置具有设计轻巧、同轴度好、加载稳定、精度高等特点,适用于多种轴销式传感器,应用前景广阔,将填补该检测领域的空白。

For the problem that shaft-pin type sensor in rail transit can′t be detected accurately, a set of special detection device for shaft-pin type sensor is designed independently. The detection device adopts the same boundary support as actual installation of shaft-pin type sensor, so the shaft-pin type sensor can be tested in the state of daily working condition. The application of the device will replace the traditional detection method of using fixtures of testing machine. The detection device has the characteristics of lightweight design, good coaxiality, stable loading and high precision, and is suitable for a variety of shaft-pin type sensors, which fills the gaps in the detection field.
