摘要 高等学校开展成人继续教育是建设学习型社会,提高国民素质的重要实现方式。随着互联网和信息技术水平的不断发展,通过在线课程学习和线下课堂翻转研讨的混合式教学,正逐步改变高校成人学历继续教育的生态,既解决了长期困扰成教学生工学两难问题,又实现了学历教育和知识技能的同步提升,为成人继续教育焕发活力提供了新契机。当下工作的着力点一是学校端要建好在线课程和出台配套支持措施;二是学生端要学好线上线下知识,去除功利化思想;三是教师端则要提高适应混合教学模式下的教学技能,切实践行立德树人根本职责。 The adult continuing education in colleges and universities is an important way to build a learning-based society and to improve the quality of the nation. With the continuous development of the Internet and information technology, the blend teaching through online course learning and offline classroom flip-discussion is gradually changing the ecology of adult continuing education in colleges and universities, which not only solves the long-term dilemma of work and learning of adult learners, but also achieves the simultaneous improvement of academic education and knowledge and skills, and has provided a new opportunity for the rejuvenation of adult continuing education. The focus of the current work is that the educational institutions should establish online courses providing supporting support measures. Second, learners should learn online and offline knowledge and remove utilitarian ideas. Third, teachers should improve teaching skill under the mixed teaching model and take the basic responsibility of moral composition and people cultivation.
