摘要 城乡学前教育资源配置与经济发展和社会转型密切相连,结合我国城乡二元结构及学前教育资源配置失衡的现状,从精准扶贫的视角,通过对63位家长及30位教师的调研发现,农村学前教育资源配置的困境主要体现在财政投入相对不足、家园共育中滞后的教育理念、师资力量相对薄弱及教学内容偏小学化等方面。进而从政府、社会、幼儿园及家庭等方面提出了相应的建设路径及对策,全面推进新时代学前教育的健康和科学发展。 The resource allocation of preschool education in urban and rural areas is closely linked with economic development and social transformation. By combining the urban-rural dual structure and the imbalance of resource allocation in preschool education, from the perspective of precise poverty alleviation and through the investigation of 63 parents and 30 teachers, the dilemma of resource allocation in rural preschool education is mainly reflected in the relatively insufficient financial input, the educational philosophy lagging behind the home co-education, the relatively poor teacher resources and the course content inclined to primary school. Treated at these problems, the corresponding construction paths and countermeasures are proposed in the aspects of government, society, kindergartens and families in order to comprehensively promote the healthy and scientific development of preschool education in the new era.
