长春西汀联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of vinpocetine combined with Shuxuetong on acute cerebral infarction

目的评估长春西汀联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选取2017年1月～2018年1月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者100例为本次研究对象,两组均予常规对症支持治疗。对照组予疏血通注射液治疗。研究组加用长春西汀注射液治疗。两组均连续治疗14 d。治疗后对比两组的疗效及血液流变学指标的变化情况、两组患者神经功能缺损评分的变化情况。结果研究组总有效率达92.0%,显著高于对照组的总有效率,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的全血高切黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原水平较治疗前及对照组均显著降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的NIHSS评分显著降低,且显著低于治疗前,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论长春西汀联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死具有较好的治疗作用,可以改善患者的临床症状,发挥脑保护作用,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of vinpocetine combined with Shuxuetong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study. Both groups were given routine symptomatic supportive care. The control group was treated with Shuxuetong injection. The study group was additionally treated with vinpocetine injection. Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days. After treatment, the effects of the two groups and the changes of hemorheology indexes and the changes of neurological deficit scores in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.0%, which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The high shear viscosity of whole blood, hematocrit and fibrinogen levels of the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those of the control group, and the differences were significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Vinpocetine combined with Shuxuetong has a good therapeutic effect on acute cerebral infarction, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, exert brain protection and improve the quality of life of patients.
