疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓的疗效探讨

Therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong injection combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis

目的探讨疏血通注射液、奥扎格雷钠联合治疗脑血栓的疗效。方法选取2017年3月～2018年3月我院收治的脑血栓患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组予奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组同时联合疏血通治疗,治疗2周后比较两组的疗效及血液流变学指标的变化情况,并观察治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为92%,显著高于对照组患者治疗后总有效率的76%,两组疗效比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),观察组和对照组患者治疗后的的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原水平显著低于治疗前,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),且观察组患者治疗后的的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液、奥扎格雷钠联合治疗脑血栓可以显著提高临床疗效,降低血黏度,改善血液流变学,缓解临床症状,安全性好,值得广泛推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shuxuetong injection combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods 100 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium ozagrel. The observation group was treated with sodium ozagrel combined with Shuxuetong injection at the same time. After 2 weeks of treatment, the effects and changes in hemorheology of the two groups were compared, and the adverse reactions occurred during the treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92% after treatment, which was significantly higher than 76% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen levels after treatment in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). And the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen levels of the patients in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis can significantly improve clinical efficacy, reduce blood viscosity, improve hemorheology, relieve clinical symptoms, and have good safety. It is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
