针刺联合隔物温和灸适宜技术治疗痛经300例疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with cake-separated mild-warm moxibustion on 300 cases of dysmenorrhea

目的观察针刺联合隔物温和灸适宜技术治疗痛经的临床疗效。方法将2015～2017年我院门诊300例原发性痛经患者采用针刺联合隔物温和灸治疗3个疗程,观察治疗后临床疗效。结果腹痛临床疗效300例患者治愈187例,显效83例,有效25例,无效5例,临床总有效率98.3%。治疗前积分为(12.5±4.6)分,治疗后为(3.3±2.1)分,较治疗前降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前中医证候积分为(6.3±1.6)分,治疗后为(1.8±0.5)分,较治疗前降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),300例患者痊愈167例,显效85例,有效48例,无效0例。结论针刺联合隔物温和灸适宜技术治疗原发性痛经,安全有效、方便价廉、患者容易接受,科室医生均能应用该技术,临床疗效明确,无明显不良反应发生,在基层医院适宜推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with cake-separated mild-warm moxibustion in the treatment of dysmenorrhea. Methods 300 patients with primary dysmenorrhea in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were treated with acupuncture combined with cake-separated mild-warm moxibustion for 3 courses. The clinical effect after treatment was observed. Results Clinical effect of abdominal pain in 300 patients, 187 cases were cured;83 cases were markedly effective;25 cases were effective;5 cases were ineffective. And the total clinical effective rate was 98.3%. The score before treatment was (12.5±4.6). And the score after treatment was(3.3±2.1), which was significantly lower than that before treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The TCM syndrome score before treatment was(6.3±1.6), and the TCM syndrome score after treatment was(1.8±0.5), which was significantly lower than that before treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In 300 patients, 167 cases were recovered, 85 cases were markedly effective, 48 cases were effective, and 0 case was ineffective. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with cake-separated mild-warm moxibustion for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is safe, effective, convenient and inexpensive, and is easy for patients to accept. The doctors of the department can apply this technology, and the clinical effect is clear. No obvious reaction occurs. And it is suitable for promotion in primary hospitals.
