非创伤性修复治疗技术在儿童乳牙龋齿治疗中的应用

Application of non-invasive repair therapy in the treatment of dental caries in children

目的探讨非创伤性修复治疗技术在儿童乳牙龋齿治疗中的应用。方法选取2017年2月～2018年2月在本院收治的60例乳牙龋齿疾病患儿作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30);对照组患儿行传统修复治疗,观察组则采用非创伤性修复治疗;对比观察两组患儿比较两组治疗效果与患儿治疗过程中的配合情况。结果对照组患儿治疗过程中配合率为56.67%,观察组为93.33%,观察组配合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗总有效率为78.00%,观察组为98.08%,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论非创伤性修复治疗技术在儿童乳牙龋齿治疗中具有更高临床疗效,可显著提高患儿治疗配合率,具有更高临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application of non-invasive repair therapy in the treatment of dental caries in children. Methods Sixty children with deciduous teeth disease who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. The subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to the random allocation method, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given traditional repair treatment, and the observation group was given non-traumatic repair treatment. The therapeutic effects and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The coordination rate of the control group was 56.67% in the treatment group and 93.33% in the observation group. The coordination rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the control group was 78.00%, and of the observation group was 98.08%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Non-invasive repair and treatment technology has higher clinical efficacy in the treatment of dental caries in children, which can significantly improve the treatment coordination rate of children, so it has higher clinical application value.
