依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with danhong injection on acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将2017年1月～2018年1月在我院治疗的80例急性脑梗死患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,两组均予抗血小板聚集,维持水、电解质平衡,降低颅内压及脱水等酌情对症治疗;对照组予依达拉奉。治疗组同时联合丹红注射液治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d。治疗后对比分析两组的临床疗效及两组患者治疗前后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原水平的变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的患者治疗后的总有效率77.5%,两组疗效比较差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原水平均较治疗前显著降低,且显著低于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,可以改善血流、降低血黏度,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with Danhong injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with symptomatic treatment, including anti-platelet aggregation, maintaining water and electrolyte balance, reducing intracranial pressure and correcting dehydration. The control group was given edaravone. The treatment group was also treated with Danhong injection, and both groups were treated for 14 days. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the changes of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen levels before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.5%, P<0.05). The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen level of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and significantly lower than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone combined with Danhong injection is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction, which can improve blood flow and reduce blood viscosity.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
