温通消散膏治疗风寒湿阻型膝骨关节炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of Wentong Xiaosan plaster in treatment of wind-cold and damp-retention type knee osteoarthritis

目的观察运用温通消散膏为主疗法与外敷"扶他林软膏"治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将2017年6月～2018年5月符合本课题诊断标准和证候标准的膝骨性关节炎患者60例,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。治疗组运用温通消散膏外敷,对照组运用扶他林软膏治疗。观察两组治疗4周后症状、证候积分变化情况,统计分析两组临床疗效。结果治疗组在改善症状方面优于对照组,即使用温通消散膏局部外敷疗效优于扶他林组。两组治疗后主症积分相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组经局部外敷温通消散膏的疗效优于对照组。两组治疗4周后疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用温通消散膏局部外敷为主疗法能够有效地治疗膝骨性关节炎,能积极有效地改善患者膝痛、骨摩擦感、晨僵等症状及体征。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wentong Xiaosan plaster and voltaren ointment in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the diagnostic criteria and syndrome criteria of this study from June 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30). The treatment group was treated with Wentong Xiaosan plaster and the control group was treated with Voltaren Ointment. The changes of symptoms and syndrome scores after 4 weeks of treatment were observed. The clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The symptom improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, namely, the efficacy of Wentong Xiaosan plaster was better than that of the Voltaren group. The difference in the main symptom scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was also a statistically significant difference in treatment efficacy between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Local application of Wentong Xiaosan plaster can effectively treat knee osteoarthritis, and improve symptoms and signs such as knee pain, bone friction feeling and morning stiffness.
