从“瘀”论治慢性再障初探

A preliminary study on the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia from “Stasis”

慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)是一种难治性血液病,其发病率高、病程长、病情易反复。慢性再生障碍性贫血的西医治疗主要是免疫抑制疗法和雄性激素治疗。中医的临床治疗多以补肾为主,并根据临床实际,结合"活血祛瘀"、"清肝"、"解毒"、"祛湿"等治法。目前在西医规范治疗的基础上结合中医治法可明显提高疗效。本文主要从"瘀"的方面探讨慢性再生障碍性贫血,介绍临床常用的中医治法,以期为慢性再生障碍性贫血的中医治疗提供依据。

Chronic aplastic anemia(CAA) is a refractory blood disease with high incidence, long duration, and easy recurrence. Western medicine treatment methods for chronic aplastic anemia are mainly immunosuppressive therapy and androgen therapy. The clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly tonifying the kidney, and combines the methods of “activating blood and removing stasis”,“clearing liver”,“detoxification” and “dispelling dampness” according to the clinical practice. At present, combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of Western medicine standard treatment can significantly improve the efficacy. This article mainly discusses chronic aplastic anemia from the aspect of “stasis”, and introduces the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine treatment in order to provide a basis for TCM treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.
